great stay and excellent service

i appreciated the heated activities pool and aqua park. my family enjoyed playing games every day. the beach has a net preventing large fish from approaching. it extends from the seabed to over 2 meters above the surface. the check-in and check-out were smooth. helmy from customer relations had great communication skills and helped us. he. the hotel's cleanliness impressed me.
the main restaurant was like a canteen. i found it unpleasant to eat there. staff constantly hinted for tips. the drinks sometimes came in small plastic cups. the coffee quality was subpar. it would be good to go during less busy times, so it is easier to find a table.

i found the palm restaurant staff very fast and polite. they always found a table for me and my family, which i appreciated. lunch and dinner featured a nice atmosphere. there was also a wide selection of food.

the arrival experience was smooth and efficient. samar and ahmed from the reception team shown professionalism and a helpful attitude. they made the check-in process seamless and cute. mr milad in the main restaurant provided attentive service with a friendly demeanor. he stood out in.
i found that sometimes staff expected a tip every day. some staff got annoyed if you wanted another cup of tea. sometimes they made me wait 10 minutes or more. i experienced rude service from mostafa, a waiter at children's dining area, when i wanted tea, as he brought it in a glass water tumbler.
